Raw Material Processing
Pre-treat raw materials to prepare them for pelletizing.
The pre-treatment section includes cleaning, sieving, crushing, and mixing. After these steps, impurities are removed. Particle size reaches the fine level needed for pelletizing. All ingredients mix evenly. The result is a uniform, free-flowing powder blend ready for pelletizing.
Pellets Forming
Press the powder into high-density, balanced feed pellets.
This happens in the animal feed machine or extruder. Through high-temperature, high-pressure conditioning or friction heat, the powder is pressed into dense cylindrical strips. A knife then cuts them into uniform pellets.
By changing ring die hole size and compression ratio, you can produce custom pellets for poultry, livestock, aquaculture, and pets. Pellet diameters from 1 mm to 12 mm.
Post-Processing of Finished Pellet
Treat the pellets after pelletizing to improve quality and storage life.
Post-processing includes cooling, sieving, grading and coating, and packaging. Finished pellets are more stable, last longer, and have better nutrition. They are ready for farms or the market.

Bucket Elevator

Powder Cleaning Screen
Sieves corn meal, soybean meal, and other powders. These materials often contain straw pieces, dirt, and other debris from harvest and transport. The screen uses mesh to remove large impurities, ensuring clean raw materials.
Hammer Mill
Grinds raw materials to the right fineness. Uniform grinding makes subsequent mixing and pelletizing smoother. It also helps poultry like chickens, ducks, and geese digest feed more easily.
Feed Mixer
Accepts ground grain powder, chopped grass, and various nutrient additives at the same time. Internal paddles mix everything thoroughly.
Pellet Cooler
As a companion to animal feed machines, the cooler cools and dehumidifies 80-90°C pellets to room temperature to ensure that the moisture reaches a safe storage level.
Belt Dryer Machine
Pellets spread evenly on a mesh belt. Hot air passes through to remove moisture. This machine is mainly used to reduce moisture and prevent mold in extruded aqua feed and pet food.
Grading Screen
Separates fines and oversized pellets. Acceptable pellets go to the finished product bin. Fines go back to pelletizing. Oversized pellets need re-crushing or re-grinding.
Packaging Scale
Packing accuracy ±0.1%. Can be paired with automatic bag sewing machines and palletizing robots for a fully automated line.
Pulse Dust Collector
Crushing and conveying powder creates a lot of dust. This unit uses compressed air to automatically clean filter bags and continuously collect dust. It improves workshop air quality and recovers feed powder that would otherwise be lost.

Nigeria Chicken Feed Processing Factory
We equipped this factory with a complete chicken feed production line, from crushing and mixing to pelleting, cooling, and packaging.
