RICHI provides complete solutions for pellet machinery and plants. We cover four core areas. Each area has mature process design, dedicated equipment, and turnkey capabilities. We meet needs from single machines to full lines, from 1 t/h to 100 t/h.
Animal Feed Equipment
RICHI’s animal feed production line covers batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crumbling, screening, and packaging. Whether for poultry, livestock, or ruminants, our equipment is stable, efficient, and energy-saving. It helps customers reduce operating costs while improving pellet quality.
Aquatic Feed Equipment
For different species like marine fish, freshwater fish, shrimp, and crabs, RICHI provides dedicated equipment. This includes lines for extruded feed, sinking feed, and slow-sinking feed. Our aquatic feed focus on gelatinization and water stability. This ensures high feed conversion and low water pollution.
Biomass Pellet Equipment

Organic Fertilizer Equipment

Production Scale
We have over 60,000 m² of modern production base. We own more than 30 sets of high-end CNC machining and testing equipment. Annual output is over 5,000 sets of various feed machinery. We can undertake complete feed plants from 1 t/h to 100 t/h.
Core Equipment
We have large CNC plasma cutters, CNC gantry mills, CNC dynamic balancers, and other advanced machines. RICHI produces all key components in-house. This gives us full control over precision, lead time, and cost. No outsourcing. No quality compromise.
Quality System
A strict full-process quality control system has been established, covering incoming material inspection, process sampling inspection, finished product testing and final factory inspection. Each device has a unique identity code, and production and quality inspection records can be viewed.

Are you a real manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a true manufacturer. We own our factory – over 60,000 m² in Henan, China. From steel cutting to final assembly, everything is done in our workshop. You are welcome to visit anytime. See our machines and lines being built.
Before placing an order, can I first confirm the granulating effect of the equipment on my raw materials?

Certainly. Send us your raw material samples, and we will conduct a trial run with materials on the equipment and record a video of the entire process. You can intuitively see the operating parameters and the actual effect of the finished particles.
What is your equipment energy consumption? Do you have comparison data?

Energy consumption varies with raw material, moisture, capacity, and line configuration. During design, we provide a theoretical energy estimate. This includes power per ton of pellets and oil consumption (if steam conditioning is needed).
We can also share actual data from delivered projects with similar materials and capacity (with customer permission). Tell us your raw material and target output. We’ll simulate energy use so you know operating costs before investing.
After the equipment is shipped to our country, how to solve the installation and debugging?

Richi has a professional team of engineers who can go overseas to install and debug equipment. At the same time, your operators will be trained on-site until they can operate independently and the delivery is not completed until both parties sign the acceptance report.
How to deal with after-sales problems? Is the response speed fast?

A dedicated after-sales engineer will be assigned within 15 minutes, a fault diagnosis report will be provided within 24 hours, and an engineer will arrive at the site within 48 hours (applicable to areas with international flights, remote areas will be assessed separately).
12-month warranty, lifetime technical support will be provided outside the warranty period, and only the cost of accessories will be charged for repairs.
Can I upgrade capacity or change products later?

Yes. We leave expansion interfaces in the early design. Common modules like grinding, conveying, and packaging can be reused. You only need to upgrade or adjust the core pelleting section. If you have specific expansion plans, contact us. Our engineers will find the most cost-effective upgrade path.
