The top cover of the screen box uses a large-angle inclined sealing structure. This structure fits the natural flow of materials and maximizes the internal screening space. We integrated circular transparent observation windows on the top cover, so operators can monitor material flow and screen conditions in real time without dismantling the equipment.

With knob-type quick-opening fasteners around the sides, your workers can quickly disassemble and assemble the unit. Whether for routine cleaning or screen replacement, this design improves the daily maintenance efficiency of the factory.

Stepped Inlet

The white opening at the highest point of the vibrating screen classifier is the inlet. This inlet uses a unique stepped buffer design, which slows down the impact force of granular materials falling from the previous stage. As a result, it prevents pellets from breaking during impact.

Granular materials flowing from the cooling section fall into the upper stepped inlet. The buffer structure of the inlet first slows down the falling impact force to prevent pellet breakage.
