User-Friendly Screen Box

The top cover of the screen box uses a large-angle inclined sealing structure. This structure fits the natural flow of materials and maximizes the internal screening space. We integrated circular transparent observation windows on the top cover, so operators can monitor material flow and screen conditions in real time without dismantling the equipment.

With knob-type quick-opening fasteners around the sides, your workers can quickly disassemble and assemble the unit. Whether for routine cleaning or screen replacement, this design improves the daily maintenance efficiency of the factory.

Stepped Inlet

The white opening at the highest point of the vibrating screen classifier is the inlet. This inlet uses a unique stepped buffer design, which slows down the impact force of granular materials falling from the previous stage. As a result, it prevents pellets from breaking during impact.

An internal material distributor uses gravity to spread materials evenly across the screen width, completely avoiding local accumulation. This feature protects pellet integrity and ensures efficient use of the entire screen mesh, increasing screening capacity per unit of time.

Shock-Absorbing Springs

Buffered Feeding and Uniform Distribution

Granular materials flowing from the cooling section fall into the upper stepped inlet. The buffer structure of the inlet first slows down the falling impact force to prevent pellet breakage.

After that, the internal distribution device of vibrating screen classifier uses material weight and initial kinetic energy to spread accumulated pellets evenly along the screen width. This creates a material layer of uniform thickness as soon as it enters the screen body, setting a foundation for subsequent pellet screening.

Vibration-Induced Screening

Driven by the exciting force of the internal vibrating motor, the screen body drives the screen mesh to perform continuous reciprocating vibration. As the uniform material layer slides forward, the vibration force of the screen surface forces an automatic grading phenomenon within the material.
