Обзор производственной линии
A wood pellet production line is a complete automated system designed to turn various wood waste into standard sized pellets. From raw material in to finished bags out, the whole process runs smoothly without complicated steps. Sawdust from furniture plants, branches from forests, offcuts from wood processing… any dry or semi dry wood waste works.
The pellets you get have high heat value, stable burn, and low ash content. Whether for industrial boilers, home heating, or biomass power plants, they fit right in. You stay green and turn waste into something you can sell.

Complete Линия по производству древесных гранул Process Design
RICHI Machinery builds every step of the wood pellet production process to flow smoothly. Each stage locks in quality so pellets come out consistent and perform well.

01
Подготовка сырья
Making wood pellets starts with getting your materials ready. Common materials include logs, branches, wood chips, and furniture offcuts. These come in all shapes and sizes. You need to sort them and pull out obvious trash so downstream processing goes easier.
02
Chipping
Big pieces go through a chipper to get cut into uniform wood chips. This evens out the shape so later steps like grinding and drying work more consistently.
03
Шлифование
Those chips then go into a grinder to get turned into fine, even wood powder. Grinding breaks down the wood fiber structure and makes the material fine enough for high pressure pelletizing. That gives you dense, solid pellets.
04
Сушка
The powder‘s moisture level varies, so it goes through a rotary drum dryer with steady heat. We carefully control temperature and time to get moisture down to the sweet spot of 10%–15%. Not too wet, not too dry. Perfect for making pellets.
05
Гранулирование
The dry, uniform powder enters a машина для производства гранул из биомассы where high pressure squeezes it into pellets. As a key step in the wood pellet production line, the mill presses the wood powder into shape, giving you evenly sized, dense pellets that are hard, solid, and won’t fall apart easily.
06
Охлаждение
Fresh pellets come out hot and soft. They‘d bend or crack easily. A cooler pulls the heat out fast, letting the pellets harden and set. That makes them stronger and less likely to crumble during storage or shipping.
07
Screening
Once cooled, pellets go over a screener to remove dust, fines, and broken pellets. You end up with uniform, good looking pellets. Everything off spec gets pulled out so only quality product gets bagged.
08
Automatic Packaging
The good pellets then go to an automatic packer. The machine weighs, counts, bags, and seals everything. Fast and hands off. Bags come out neat and sealed, ready for storage or shipping.
Each step in wood pellet production is designed around what pelletizing needs. You get stable quality and high output. Got special materials or capacity needs? Just reach out for a custom setup.

Key Equipment List for Wood Pellet Production Line
The complete wood pellet line uses several purpose built machines. Each one is optimized for wood pellet making. Durable and easy to maintain.

Дробилка для древесины
Cuts logs and branches into uniform chips. Gives the grinder a consistent feed.

Деревообрабатывающая молотковая дробилка
Takes the coarse chunks and grinds them into fine powder that meets pelletizing specs.

Дробилка «Шаблон»
Specifically for recycling wood pallets and crates. Solves that special waste stream problem.

Дробилка для древесины
Specifically for recycling wood pallets and crates. Solves that special waste stream problem.

Wood Pellet Machine
The heart of the wood pellet production line. Uses a ring die to press powder into pellets under high pressure. Pellets come out dense and uniform.

Машина для производства гранул из опилок
Turns wood waste directly into standard sawdust pellet. Good for operations starting with logs or branches.

Ротационная сушилка для биомассы
Rotary drum style. Controls moisture precisely, even for very wet material. Gets the moisture just right for pelletizing.

Wood Pellet Cooling Machine
Brings down the temperature of hot pellets right out of the mill. Prevents cracking and pulls away surface moisture. Finished product is more stable.

Screening Equipment
Removes fines and off spec pellets. Ensures final product is uniform in size and quality.

Wood Pellet Bagging Equipment
Automatically weighs, bags, and seals finished pellets. Does small bags. Simple to run. Good for regular shipments and retail sales.

Ton Packaging Scale
For bulk packing. Uses ton bags. Automatically fills to a set weight. Great for high volume storage and truckload shipping.

Ленточный конвейер
Moves raw material and finished product. Runs smooth and handles high volume. Automates material flow and cuts way down on manual labor.

Ковшовый элеватор
Lifts material vertically. Connects equipment on different levels. Keeps material flowing through the whole line.

Конвейер со скребком
Moves material horizontally or on a slight incline. Automates transfer and reduces manual handling.

Pulse Dust Removal
Captures dust during production. Cleans up the shop air. Meets environmental rules.

Electric Control Cabinet
The brain of the line. Gives you one touch start/stop, parameter adjustments, and fault monitoring. Simple to operate.

All your questions are answered here! Below are answers to frequently asked questions about the wood pellet production lines, providing you with comprehensive answers.
What does the line need from raw materials?
→
The line has clear requirements for incoming material. Moisture should be between 8% and 12%. Any wetter or drier and pellet quality suffers. Particle size matters too. Material going into the pellet mill should be no bigger than about 5mm. Larger chunks need grinding first. For chemistry and purity, no chemical contamination or corrosive stuff allowed. Ash, sulfur, and chlorine need to meet environmental limits. That way you can pass high end certifications like European ENplus.
How much power does it use? Is it expensive to run?
→
Our line is built to save energy. Power use per ton is 10%–15% lower than ordinary equipment. Exact consumption depends on your line size and materials. For example, a small 1 ton/hour line uses about 80–100 kWh per hour. That‘s reasonable for the industry.
Can the line process multiple wood types at once?
→
Yes, RICHI’s wood pellet production line handles material mixing very well. Softwood, hardwood, or blends… just adjust the dryer and pellet mill settings and it runs fine. In practice, softwoods like pine and fir compress easily and are good for boosting output. Hardwoods like oak and eucalyptus have higher heat value but need more power and tighter control. You can even mix in byproducts like paper mill residue or palm shells at certain ratios. That diversifies your material sources and gets the most value from each type.
Are wear parts easy to get? Hard to replace?
→
Common wear parts like dies and rollers are in stock. We ship fast so you don‘t shut down for long. Replacement is not complicated. Your workers can do it after training. Won’t eat up much production time.
How Long Does the Line Last? Are Maintenance Costs High?
→
With normal use and upkeep, this pellet line is built to last 8–10 years. Core parts utilize wear-resistant materials to ensure low failure rates, meaning your long-term operating costs remain low relative to the initial wood pellet production line price. Daily maintenance involves just regular lubrication and cleaning, keeping expenses minimal. We also provide periodic maintenance guidance to maximize your investment.
Does after-sales service include installation and training?
→
Yes, our after sales covers full on site installation, commissioning, and thorough worker training. Once equipment arrives, we send experienced techs to your site for positioning, assembly, and testing. After the line runs at its best, our engineers stay to train your operators hands on. Training covers daily startup and shutdown, changing dies and rollers, lubing key parts, and basic troubleshooting. We make sure your people can run the line safely and independently.
