Production Process Flow

Raw Material Handling
For logs or large pieces of waste, they need to be cut into uniform wood chips of 3-5 cm by a drum chipper. If the humidity of the wood is too high, it needs to be stored and dried naturally.
Crushing Stage
The processed wood chips enter the hammer crusher and are further crushed into 3-5 mm wood chips or sawdust-like powder.
Drying Process
Crushed wood chips generally have a moisture content of more than 30% and need to be dried in a tumble dryer. The wood chips can be granulated when their moisture content is around 15%.
Pelleting Stage
Hot steam softens the mixed wood raw materials smoothly. The mash enters the heavy-duty wood pellet machine directly. The ring die and rollers squeeze the material under high pressure. This critical step forms dense pellets.
Cooling and Screening
Use a counterflow cooler to cool and solidify the freshly prepared pellets. Afterwards, the qualified particles are screened by the vibrating screen and sent to the finished product warehouse.
Packing and Sealing
The electronic quantitative packaging scale automatically weighs and packages the finished granules, and is finally sealed manually using a thermoplastic sealing machine.
