Chicken Feed Pellet Plant Project Engineering in Uzbekistan
Located in Uzbekistan, this complete animal feed line includes crushing, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, and packing. It started production in 2021 and runs 24/7. Output is 200 t per day. It’s now a benchmark for the local feed industry. The customer later ordered a second line.
Shrimp Feed Project in Ecuador
Custom-built for whiteleg shrimp farming. It uses ultrafine grinding and twin-screw extrusion to produce high-quality sinking shrimp feed. Pellet water stability ≥2 hours. Nutrient loss is 15% lower. The plant now supplies multiple large farms in Ecuador, with annual capacity of 12,000 t.
Wood Turnkey Pellet Plant Project in Brazil
Raw material is pine sawdust. The pellet plant project includes RICHI’s high-efficiency pellet mill and a three-layer rotary drum dryer. Finished pellets have a calorific value of 4,800 kcal. Diameters are 6 mm and 8 mm. All pellets go to Europe for biomass power generation. The line is highly automated – only 3 operators per shift. Customer payback period is less than 2 years.
Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer Project in Poland
Raw material is fresh chicken manure from local farms. Processes include trough fermentation, crushing, high-pressure pelletizing, and low-temperature drying. The line is fully enclosed with negative pressure deodorization, meeting EU environmental standards. Finished products go to Germany and France for organic farming. Annual manure processing capacity is about 100,000 t.

Local tilapia farming has high yields. We used a twin-screw extruder and optimized parameters. Pellet floating time exceeds 24 hours.
Sinking Fish Feed Pellet Plant Project in Russia
RICHI engineers found that pipes could freeze and crack during winter shutdowns. So we added insulation to key parts of the line. We also adjusted the ring-die compression ratio to ensure pellets sink quickly and stay stable in water.
Mixed Fish Feed Project in Vietnam
The customer farms both seabass (floating feed) and carp (sinking feed). Using a central control system, they can flexibly adjust extrusion parameters to switch between floating and sinking pellets.

In a Brazilian biomass pellet project, the customer uses a RICHI wood pellet mill to process pine sawdust. The machine runs with high efficiency and a rotary drum dryer. Pellets have high calorific value.
Feed Hammer Mill Project in Kazakhstan

Counterflow Cooler in Uzbekistan
The fish feed production line project in Uzbekistan is equipped with a counter-flow cooler, which reduces the discharge temperature to about room temperature + 3°C, and extends the shelf life of the finished product.

Can I buy just a single machine instead of a full production line?
